How it Works:
Purchase your design, add to cart and make a payment.
Fill out the form at the checkout and supply photos to hello@mrsrose.com.au
Within 24 hours of receiving your payment and all information/photos, you will receive a low resolution digital proof via email.
Review and approve your proof. You can ask for minor edits (first 2 adjustments are free, additional changes incur a $5 fee per proof).
Once you approve your design, orders will be printed and shipped within 2 business days* for Metro areas.
Remote locations and destinations that fall outside metropolitan areas will take longer for delivery. Delivery time is only an estimate and dependent on the courier company. Mrs Rose cannot be held responsible for packages delivered later than the estimated time.

All payments are processed at point of order. The accepted form of payment is PayPal. Please ensure all of your contact details are correct when placing an order so that you can be contacted should there be an issue.
Please note that upon final approval of your personalised order we cannot accept returns due to any errors on your behalf (such as misspelled words etc.). By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown.
In the rare event that an ordered item is damaged, please contact Mrs Rose at hello@mrsrose.com within 48 hours of expected arrival. If time permits a replacement order will be organised or a refund will be provided.
Mrs Rose cannot guarantee that the colours shown online exactly reflect the colours of the printed material. The colours seen from this website will partly depend on the colour reproduction on your computer.
